Questions
What's in the Free plan?

Five on-demand audits a month, forever - the full score, all three dimensions and the AI-Readiness grade. Every shared report carries a small watermark; that's the whole price, and no card is required.

What counts as an audit, and how is it different from a monitored site?

An audit is one on-demand analysis of one URL - technologies, versions, quality and AI-readiness. A monitored site is one you hand to Stack Watch to re-audit automatically and track for changes. Free runs audits but watches 0 sites; monitoring starts at Starter. Scheduled re-scans don't count against your audits.

How often are monitored sites re-scanned?

Every paid plan re-scans watched sites daily. Free watches no sites, so it has no cadence.

Do unused audits roll over?

No. Your audit allowance resets each month - unused audits don't carry over. When you hit the cap, audits pause until next month or an upgrade; we never bill overages automatically.

What does certificate tracking do?

We watch the TLS certificate of your monitored sites and warn you before it expires - so a lapsed certificate never takes a site down by surprise. It is included on every plan; it needs a monitored site to watch.

What is the AI-Readiness grade?

An A-F grade for how ready a site is for AI agents and crawlers - llms.txt, agent access rules, structured data, readable-without-JS and more. It's graded on every audit, on every plan, and counts as the fourth dimension of the score (methodology 2026.08).

When do white-label reports and portfolio digests unlock?

Studio. White-label reports take our branding off client reports today; the portfolio dashboard and scheduled client digests are coming soon - both built for agencies running many sites at once.

What is risk radar?

On Pro and up, risk radar sorts the advisories on your watched stack by real-world urgency - known-exploited and high-severity vulnerabilities are surfaced first, so you fix what matters before the rest.

Can I see technologies per page, not just the home page?

Yes. An audit crawls more than the root - the report breaks the detected technologies down per page, so you can see exactly where a framework, tag or tracker loads across a site.

Is API access a separate plan?

No. The REST API and the MCP server are included on every paid plan from Starter up (a CI action is on the way). Your plan's monthly audits power API and MCP runs the same as on-demand ones - there's no separate API plan and no per-audit metering.

Do you support MCP for AI agents?

Yes. The audit is exposed as an MCP server (POST /api/v2/mcp), authenticated with an API key, so coding agents can score a stack, diff audits, list vulnerabilities and read the AI-Readiness grade on their own. Included on every paid plan from Starter up.

How do upgrades and payment work?

Plans are monthly and run through Stripe. Pick a plan and you're taken to Stripe's hosted checkout; afterwards billing, invoices and payment methods live in the Stripe customer portal, reachable from your account.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are all managed in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your account - the portal shows exactly when each change takes effect.

How do alerts reach me?

The event feed is live now - open Stack Watch to see new vulnerabilities, end-of-life technologies, version drift and score moves on your watched sites. Webhook delivery is live; email delivery is coming. Today you read the feed in-app.
